Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for selecting ADRTech for your infrastructure and integration needs. Because our platform operates as a high-speed digital service provider managing instantaneous technical executions, our refund policy is strictly defined to ensure operational clarity.

1. Infrastructure Integration & Setup Fees

  • Onboarding & Setup Costs: Fees associated with initial technical integration, enterprise credential setup, and sandbox access are final and non-refundable once network credentials have been generated and issued to the client.
  • Recurring Platform Access Fees: Monthly or annual recurring subscription fees protect your dedicated routing slots and server capacity. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Transaction Processing Fees

  • Fees calculated per API request or system routing execution are adjusted in real-time based on payload delivery.
  • Once a payload has been successfully initiated and recorded onto our system ledger, the associated processing fee is final and non-refundable.

3. Settlement of Technical Discrepancies

  • In the rare event of a verified platform error (e.g., duplicated charges due to a system glitch), the client must submit a formal ledger ticket through the developer console within 7 business days.
  • Our engineering team will perform an audit of your transaction logs. Verified technical discrepancies will be promptly credited back to your platform balance.
