ADRTech operates exclusively as a high-performance technical infrastructure and digital routing platform. We provide the bridges and gateways necessary for modern system connectivity. We do not act as a financial custodian, payment processor, or asset management entity.
2. Ethical and Acceptable Use Policy
Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing the ADRTech network to facilitate or route payloads associated with:
- Malicious cybersecurity activities, including unauthorized access, script injections, or brute-force requests.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or high-risk predatory operational activities.
- Any industries or transactional entities that violate regional laws or international ethical compliance standards.
3. Identity and Security Integrity
- Clients must provide accurate, transparent, and binding documentation during onboarding.
- You hold sole accountability for keeping your platform API tokens, private keys, and administrative credentials confidential.
- Any operational requests processed using your unique network tokens are the legal responsibility of your enterprise.
4. Limitation of Operational Liability
While ADRTech implements redundant, high-availability architecture to target 99.99% uptime, our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for business interruptions, indirect financial loss, or downstream processing delays caused by external upstream networks or scheduled technical maintenance.
